World Cat 266 Tournament Edition

world_cat_266_te.jpg

The new 266 TE from World Cat features the company’s famous Vectorflo hull design, but comes with a new deck layout designed specifically for the tournament angler. Fishing features include a two-part transom door, with a hinged covering board section that swings open to allow you to open the vertical door. The 266 TE also has a fiberglass leaning post that comes with two tackle centers, and the cockpit has standard coaming pads.

The boat’s bow is totally open for maximum fishing room, and a low-profile rail forward provides a handhold yet remains out of the way for casting. There are two 400-quart fishboxes in the deck with macerator pumps to empty them overboard, and another 280-quart insulated fishbox forward of the console also serves as a seat with a cushion. Also standard are fresh- and raw-water washdowns, rod lockers with racks for 14 rods and a Clarion AM/ FM stereo cassette player with six-disc CD player and marine-grade speakers.
