SeaHunter Boats recently announced the all new Tournament 45′. **Designed for speed and long distance travel, this model is the perfect mix of stability, comfort and efficiency. **SeaHunter is often recognized for its hull design, which delivers an extremely fast and smooth riding boat in wide-open seas.

The Tournament 45’ is no exception. With greater square footage than any other center console fishing boat on the market, the layout is designed around a large fishing platform and an incredible amount of easily accessible storage. The real game changer is the cabin. The Tournament 45’ cabin boasts a queen size bed, A/C, sink, head, TV and microwave – all the creature comforts you need for a sleepover on the open seas or foreign dock.

Also new with this model is a large lounge area forward of the console with cooler space underneath. The boat features 3 large livewells and plenty of seating options including standard helm captains’ chairs and 2nd row seating for up to 4 people.

SeaHunter’s hull design is made for open seas and runs about 10 to 15 percent faster than regular v-bottom or abbreviated hull designs (also know as stepped hulls). The sharp entry (60 degrees) and deep-vee at the transom (24.5), combined with oversized chines allows a smooth, dry ride at any speed. SeaHunter achieves this with a full, padded vee-bottom with a stepped transom. The hull design is also designed specifically for optimal depth finder performance at speed.

Team SeaHunter debuted the Tournament 45’ in her very first tournament, The Key West Sailfish Championship, and won first place in the non-pro category with 10 releases, 2nd place was Boss Man who fished the SeaHunter Tournament 35’ with 8 releases.
