New Boats: Hydra-Sports Bay Bolt 2000

Sporting an 8' 9" beam, the new 20-foot Bay Bolt from Hydra-Sports is capable of a 41 mph top speed at 5200 rpm when rigged with a 115-hp engine. It will cruise at 31 mph at 4500 rpm, coming on plane in 4.8 seconds. The 2000 Bay Bolt is made of all-composite materials, with a ceramic poured integral composite transom and gelcoated fiberglass one-piece stringer system that is fused to the hull and deck for a solid assembly. All through-hull fittings are bronze and stainless steel. Large storage compartments forward and aft, plus a flush-mounted tackle-storage system, provide stowage for boating and fishing gear. Ten rod holders, a self-draining anchor locker, five stainless pull-up cleats, an ergonomic console with custom leaning post and grab rail, sighting platform, dry storage and 94-quart removable cooler round out the Bay Bolt 2000 fishing package.
