2000 Bay Ranger

With an open layout and Loads of storage, the 2000 Bay Ranger is right at home in the backwaters of the Gulf and up the coast. The 2000 has two eight-foot-long rod lockers on each side of the bow deck. A centerline compartment and a molded anchor locker round out the stowage in the bow. The bow deck is set below the gunwales for a safe casting platform, offering good visibility.

A recirculating, aerated live well with a high-speed pickup and in-line filter is on the centerline, while a small hatch aft of the live well offers access to the rigging.

Forward of the live well is an in-deck locker for castnets that has a removable tub to access live-well pumps. The console has storage beneath, and a helm dash replete with rocker switches and gauges. The dash panel can fit a small combination chart plotter and fishfinder unit. Teleflex hydraulic steering and Lenco electronic trim tabs are standard.

A self-bailing, non-skid cockpit, upright level flotation and recessed stainless cleats make the 2000 Bay Ranger a complete bay-boat package.
