2013 Miami Boat Show Set for Feb. 14-18

Show features more than 2,000 local, national and international companies, showcasing more than 3,000 of the newest boats.

The 72nd annual Progressive Miami International Boat Show returns President’s Day Weekend, Feb. 14-18, for five days of all-things boating. This event draws more than 100,000 boating enthusiasts from around the world to explore the best of boating, and generates big business in Florida and for the U.S. recreational boating industry.

All 2013 show allows attendees can shop the newest boats and marine accessories. Expect deals on hundreds of boats, gear and accessories from dealers and retailers, interactive courses covering all-things boating, and attractions for all ages.

All together, the show features more than 2,000 local, national and international companies showcasing more than 3,000 of the newest boats, many making their world debuts, plus thousands of new gadgets, engines, gear and marine accessories. Guy Harvey

Returning for his 25th show as an exhibitor, Guy Harvey initially sold his marine artwork from a small booth at the Miami Boat Show as a young, struggling artist.

At this year’s boat show, Guy Harvey, Inc. and the Guy Harvey Ocean Foundation will work from more than 2,300 square feet of exhibitor space.

It’s will feature more than 7,000 items, including new Guy Harvey original artwork, new classic t-shirts designs, ladies sportswear, fine jewelry and a sneak preview of the new Guy Harvey furniture collection made from recycled plastics. Harvey, whose corporate world headquarters are located in Broward County, will be on hand to greet fans and customers starting Thursday through Sunday.

Celebrating ten years, the world’s largest sport fishing expo returns with the latest in blue water fishing gear, charters and sport fishing destinations, plus seminars, and demos.

Show Details

Each of the three Miami Boat Show venues features different experiences for attendees including the Sea Isle Marina, Strictly Sail Miami at Miamarina at Bayside, and Miami Beach Convention Center.

Admission: Premiere Day (Feb. 14): $35

  • Five-day adult pass (Good all five days of the show): $85
